FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Question 1: How much is the Membership for the year (12 months)?
The Rekonnekt Membership is €360 (including 22% VAT) and comes with a 30-day free trial — your first month on us.
This means a monthly fee of € 30 [Euros] for which you get:
1. Two to three highly curated Fireside Chats per month — intimate, relevant, and designed for impact. Featuring top keynote speakers, influential business executives, and world-class coaches, these conversations deliver exclusive insights you won’t find anywhere else.
2. Access to a digital environment to interact, draw information and connect with the community.
3. Depending on your location and desire, a monthly LIVE meetup.
4. And finally, as a REKONNEKT Member, you’ll receive exclusive invitations to our immersive LIVE Experiences — offered on a flexible “pay as you go” basis.
Question 2: How frequently do the online events take place?
Online events— known as Fireside Chats —take place 2 to 3 times per month, mostly on Fridays, sometimes on Thursdays.
Sessions typically start at 8:00 AM CET, 7:00 AM UK, 4 PM AEST and run for 1 hour.
ALL Online Events and APP access are included in the Rekonnekt Membership.
Question 3: How do the in-person events work?
Monthly Meetups: These take place every other week in a specific country, with the exact location discussed and agreed upon among members from that region. Participation is included as part of the Rekonnekt Membership.
Adventure Immersive Experiences – Explorer & Visionary Events: These are premium, optional “add-on” experiences to the Rekonnekt Membership. You can find the dates & format inside the Rekonnekt APP.
Held 3–4 times per year across diverse locations in Europe, they are available for separate purchase, giving members the flexibility to choose when and where they want to join.
Question 4: What happens if I can’t continue—do you offer refunds or flexibility?
While we do not offer refunds, we provide a 30-day trial period so you can experience the community risk-free.
Membership is a 12-month commitment, but if you’re unable to participate for any reason, you have the flexibility to pause and resume your membership at a time that works best for you.
