Frequently Asked Questions
Question 1: How frequently do the online events take place?
Online events—including Firechats & Into The Shift —take place 1 to 2 times per month, always on Fridays. Sessions typically start at 7:00 AM CET and run for 1 hour. ALL Online Events are included in the Explorer Membership.
Question 2: How do the in-person events work?
Monthly Meetups: These take place once a month in a specific country, with the exact location discussed and agreed upon with members from that region. Participation is included as part of the Digital Membership.
Adventure Immersive Experiences – This applies to the PATHFINDER and FOUNDER CIRCLE tiers, which you can select on the application.
Question 3: What happens if I can’t continue—do you offer refunds or flexibility?
While we do not offer refunds, we provide a 30-day trial period so you can experience the community risk-free.
Membership is a 12-month commitment, but if you’re unable to participate for any reason, you have the flexibility to pause and resume your membership at a time that works best for you.
