Frequently Asked Questions
Question 1: How frequently do the online events take place?
Online events—including Firechats, Walk to Connect, and Ride to Connect—take place 1 to 2 times per month, always on Fridays. Sessions typically start at 7:00 AM CET and run for 1 hour. ALL Online Events are included in the Digital Membership.
Question 2: How do the in-person events work?
Monthly Meetups: These take place once a month in a specific country, with the exact location discussed and agreed upon with members from that region. Participation is included as part of the Digital Membership.
Adventure Immersive Experiences – Explorer & Visionary Events: These are premium, optional “add-on” experiences to the Digital Membership. Held 3–4 times per year across diverse locations in Europe, they are available for separate purchase—giving members the flexibility to choose when and where they want to join.
Question 3: What happens if I can’t continue—do you offer refunds or flexibility?
While we do not offer refunds, we provide a 60-day trial period so you can experience the community risk-free.
Membership is a 12-month commitment, but if you’re unable to participate for any reason, you have the flexibility to pause and resume your membership at a time that works best for you.
